Meet Chris Howlett

Hello, I'm Chris, a London-based product and still life photographer and videographer specialising in commercial photography for brands, agencies and creative teams. From my early days experimenting with a film camera to working in today’s digital studio environment, my passion for photography and visual storytelling has remained constant.

Based in my South London photography studio, I create high-end product photography, still life imagery and tabletop video for industries including cosmetics, jewellery, food & drink and luxury brands. My background as an art student led me from painting into multimedia, where photography became my main creative focus thanks to its ability to craft powerful visual narratives.

As an early adopter of digital tools such as Photoshop and modern studio lighting techniques, I continue to enjoy the constantly evolving world of commercial product photography and creative still life production. I work both independently and collaboratively with art directors, designers and production teams to deliver striking imagery for advertising, ecommerce and brand campaigns.
