Still Life Cosmetics - Bottling the Coast
The UK is home to some of the richest and diverse coastlines in the world and I was thrilled to be commissioned by Haven Holidays to complete four creative still life setups for a series of fragrances, based around four of their coastal holiday resorts in the UK.
Each fragrances or room diffusor is based on a different Haven resort, located next to a beach or iconic coastline in Norfolk, Cornwall, Wales and Scotland. Each set was created incorporating inspiration from each of these regions making each set both complementary and unique.

“Ozonic sea breezes blend with dry grassy notes to evoke the unique coastline of Norfolk, with the thrills of a helter-skelter ride and a whisper of candyfloss drifting over from the pier.”
“Where rugged coastal cliffs meet sweet pine notes, and pretty purple heather flirts with ancient oak moss, this scent will transport you to the timeless Scottish shoreline.”
“Salty sweet airs from the dunes in June, warmed by a welcome note of creamy vanilla, send you straight to balmy summers on the Cornish coast. And relax.”
Each image was created with creatively placed props and a similar lighting for continuity. The image on the right show us collaborating; setting up the scenes for the perfect shot.
